For Jeff Elwood, giving up the drums was never an option. After a life-changing accident left him paralyzed from the chest down, he spent years experimenting with homemade triggers, modified pedals, and custom setups in order to find a way back behind the kit. What eventually emerged was a completely unique approach to drumming that allowed him to return to performing professionally. Now working alongside Pearl Drums as part of the company’s adaptive music initiative, Jeff continues to push the boundaries of what’s possible behind the drums.
