For Jarvis “Jeb” Barnes drumming was never just a career goal, it was the one place where everything clicked. Before stages, tours, or credits, it was discipline, pressure, and repetition that shaped how he approached the instrument, long before the industry ever knew his name. His path wasn’t linear. It moved through Berklee College of Music, then into the trenches of teching, building sessions, running playback, and learning what actually makes a modern show survive night after night. Every step pulled him closer to the stage while teaching him how fragile and precise those systems really are.
