Join Modern Drummer’s David Frangioni for an exclusive Tour Kit Rundown with G. Maxwell Zemanovic, drummer for Miranda Lambert.

Maxwell breaks down his oversized Gretsch Broadkaster kit with Paiste cymbals, as he tells the remarkable story of how he nearly walked away from drumming before an unexpected audition changed the course of his life. He tells us why Miranda Lambert’s live show remains refreshingly old-school: eight musicians, no backing tracks, and a commitment to playing and singing everything live.
