LV Mesh Drumheads I thought I was so smart. With the global pandemic surging, I drove to my rehearsal space to pack up my four-piece Yamaha kit and bring it to my home office just before lockdown. “Now, I can practice drums in the safety of my house, and perhaps do some personal-studio sessions, as well,” I reasoned. Except it wasn’t safe. When my wife’s office shut down, she had to set up a home workspace, and noisy drums were not going to coexist peacefully with her Zoom meetings, report writing, or peace of mind.
