Tico Torres’ 1984 Bon Jovi Pearl Drumset
By 1984, Tico Torres and his band Bon Jovi had worked their way through the ranks of the New Jersey bar scene, had recorded their first album, and were opening for established acts such as KISS and Scorpions. By the end of 1986, they were headlining stadiums all over the world, had two number-one singles, and the top-selling album of the year.
These Pearl 1984 Gloss White All Maple Shell drums made up the set that Torres used to push the band through this defining period of its career. It was the first endorser kit Torres received after joining the Pearl drum family in 1984, and it marked the beginning of an endorsement relationship that lasted until 2013.
