SJC Drums Marks 25 Years with Anniversary Kit and Snare To celebrate 25 years of custom innovation, SJC Drums has unveiled a striking limited-edition 25th Anniversary 3-piece maple shell pack and matching snare drum, available exclusively at Guitar Center. Handcrafted in Southbridge, Massachusetts, these collector-grade instruments pay tribute to the brand’s fearless creativity, punk roots, and uncompromising attention to tone. Only five shell packs and twenty-five snares have been built worldwide, each individually numbered and signed by the SJC crew. The shell pack pairs 7×12” and 14×16” toms with a 18×22” kick, constructed from SJC’s proprietary M5/M7 maple shell blend—5-ply toms for fast, cutting response and 7-ply kick for commanding low-end projection. 45-degree bearing edges ensure consistency and control across every setup, while Chrome Shield lugs, chrome hardware, and a custom XXV brass-and-chrome badge celebrate the company’s quarter-century of craftsmanship.
