When he spoke to you, he also offered up his soul. COVID took him and all that beauty away on August 26. He recorded with so any artists, including Dolly Parton, Carl Perkins, Ray Charles, George Jones, Johnny Cash, Don Williams, Merle Haggard, Charlie Pride, Kenny Rogers, Michael Johnson, New Grass Revival, Bela Fleck, B.J. Thomas, Emmylou Harris, Ricky Skaggs, Chet Atkins, and Paul Williams.
