Rob Silverman

St. Louis drummer, author and educator Rob Silverman is one of the most downloaded solo percussionists in the world. He has recorded several albums of percussion music from all over the world, including Native American, African, Taiko, Samba, Drumset and other world rhythms.
Rob is the drummer with international touring act Bach to the Future, as well as the Midwest Eric Marienthal Band.
Rob is the author of the best selling drumset instructional books Drumset 101, Drum lessons For Kids of All Ages and Drumset for kids of all ages published by Mel Bay Publications.
He and brother Michael Silverman founded Autumn Hill Records in 2007, which has become a worldwide leader in streaming instrumental music, with many internationally known artists on their roster with over six billion streams.
His percussion compositions can be heard in a number of film and TV productions, including Martin Scorcese’s film “Silence,” several Ken Burns documentaries, HBO’s “Leftovers” series, “So You Think You Can Dance,” and dozens of others.
