Meet another drummer and you’ll know right away because they’ll always be willing to share what they’re working on and what they’re excited about. Drumming is an ancient tribal force that draws people together through synergy. If we were to pick one lever for longevity, it’s community. Research points to genuine human connection as the number one predictor of long-term health. Amazingly, that one baseline steers us more than basics like diet and exercise.
