How do I get digital access to and the apps?

You can obtain digital access to Modern Drummer content by subscribing at or within our new apps.

To subscribe in our apps, open the menu on the top left and tap SUBSCRIBE. Select your subscription level, one month or one year, and follow the instructions. Once the transaction is complete, you will be automatically logged in and have access to all content on the app. Advertisement

How do I access content on

If you’re logging in for the first time, visit and click on “My Profile” at the top of the website. Click on “Lost Password” and enter the email address you used to subscribe. Once you receive the password reset email, you can create a new password and use your email address and new password to access content on You can follow this process and access content on even if you subscribed directly through our apps.

If you have already created an account, just click “My Profile” at the top of our website and login.

How do I unlock the apps?

If you purchased your subscription on, click on “My Profile” at the top of our website and login to your account. Click “Add New Mobile Device” from your account page to generate a token. Open the app on your mobile device and click “Login.” Enter the token to unlock the app and you’re good to go! You can repeat this process for up to five mobile devices.

If you purchased your subscription through the app, click the menu in the top left corner of the app and click LOGIN. Tap Restore In-App Purchases.
