Drummer Tam Johnstone, son of longtime Elton John guitarist Davey Johnstone, recently created this video to accompany the song “Mars” from December Modern Drummer cover artist Gregg Bissonette’s recent solo album, Warning Will Robinson! Gregg’s brother, Matt, wrote, played bass, sang backgrounds, and produced the song and licensed the footage from NASA. “I never dreamed I’d have a lyric video of a song that I sang,” says Gregg, “or have a NASA astronaut acknowledging my drum solo!”
