Ian Roberts began drumming at the age of 11 and played passionately for 20 years, until the birth of his son in 2000. At that point, family and work became his top priorities, and he completely stepped away from music and gigs. He even sold his beloved Tama double bass drum kit, which had been his pride and joy. Fast forward to 2022, his son had grown into a young man, and Ian had recently moved into a cozy house that came with a large atomic bomb shelter in the basement.
