With a new band called FirstBorne and a debut record called Lucky that is coming out in July, legendary and influential drummer Chris Adler (ex of Lamb of God and Megadeth) is starting a new chapter in his musical life. He would also like to set the record straight concerning the end of the first chapter of his musical life. It’s been a wild ride! MD: How would you describe your new band FirstBorne and your new music? CA: It’s just fun, it’s the type of music that I have been missing for quite a long time. The bonds within the band are strong, there’s no business pressure or expectations within the friendships.
