Peace Drums at NAMM 2015 (VIDEO)

In this video tour from NAMM 2015, Mark Esquer shows us the range of new products from Peace Drums.

First off, we look at a Paragon series drumset featuring Deuce lugs, 9-ply Canadian maple shells with a kamfleur tree veneer, and die-cast hoops.

Next up is a DNA series drumkit with nickel-plated hardware and Dual-Tone lugs. Though shown in fusion sizes, the DNA series also comes in a rock setup.

A few variations of the over thirty snare drums in the Peace lineup include a birch drum with die-cast hoops, a hand-hammered copper with die-cast hoops, a new engraved steel, a mahogany with vent holes, a phosphor-bronze with die-cast hoops, black-chrome, a hand-hammered 4″-deep brass, and an acrylic piccolo model.

Cajons offered by Peace come with maples shells, accessory instruments, and various finishes, including sparkle. Other percussion instrument include a new line of djembes that come with either conga-style tuners or in a traditional string-tension version.

Also offered is an acrylic marching line with 18″ and 20″ bass drums and various snares including a 5.5″-deep model, a piccolo, and a standard 12×14 marching drum.

Lastly we take a look at Peace’s drumheads, and new single and double bass drum pedals.
