I ordered a yet to be delivered Mapleworks kit way back in July 2011.  I paid in full in September.  The owner agreed to refund my entire payment in early January….still nothing.  So, I was really starting to question the company’s ability to refund my money.  Seeing this artilce today while at Guitar Center makes me feel just a little more likely to actually see a refund, and soon, I hope so I can move on to a different company.  I sought Mapleworks out for 2 reasons:  US made and Veteran owned.  The 3rd criteria should have been “ability to deliver in a timely manner.”
