The Junkyard Contest
Consumer Disclosure:
1. To enter online, visit www.moderndrummer.com between the dates below
and look for the Junkyard Prophet Contest button (one entry per email address).
2. ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND ON
THE NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED.
3. CONTEST BEGINS AUGUST 1,
2008 AND ENDS SEPTEMBER 30, 2008.
4. Grand Prize Drawing:
Winner will be selected by random drawing on October 16, 2008. Winner will be
notified by phone or email on or about October 19, 2008.
5. Employees, and their
immediate families, of Modern Drummer, Junkyard Prophet, Sonor, Gibraltar,
Soultone cymbals, Beatnik, Hornets drumsticks, Buttkicker, and their affiliates
are ineligible.
6. Sponsor is not responsible
for lost, misdirected, and/or delayed entries.
7. Open to residents of the
US and Canada. Void in Quebec, Canada, Florida, and where prohibited by law.
8. One prize awarded per
household per contest.

Grand Prize:
One (1) winner will receive a six-piece Sonor Deluxe drumset including two (2)
17 x20 bass drums, 12" and one 14" rack toms, a 16" floor tom,
and 5x14 snare drum; three (3) Soultone Extreme series cymbals: 18" crash
ride, 16" ride, and a set of 14" hi-hats; Gibraltar hardware
including: one (1) Gibraltar GRS850DBL rack, one (1) 6607 hi-hat stand, one (1)
6611 Avenger single bass drum pedal, one (1) 9608D Dome throne, and four (4)
SC-LBBT cymbal boom arms; (1) one Buttkicker drum throne rig; two (2) Beatnik
Rhythmic Analyzers; one (1) brick of twelve assorted Hornets drumsticks; one
(1) copy of the Deadlock With Bradlee Dean DVD; and one (1) copy of Junkyard
Prophet’s CD The Price.
Approximate
retail value of Grand Prize: $6,620.
Second Prizes: Two (2) winners will each receive a copy of the Deadlock With Bradlee
